【摘要】 目的探讨上睑提肌缩短术在治疗重度上睑下垂中的疗效。方法对15例重度上睑下垂患者采用低位重睑切口,向上游离上睑提肌腱膜到节制韧带,剪断上睑提肌内外侧脚及两侧节制韧带,缩短上睑提肌进行治疗。结果本组患者术后均随访6个月,眼睑高度基本正常,弧度自然,无睑缘内外翻、结膜脱垂及暴露性角膜炎等并发症,效果满意。结论采用上睑提肌缩短术,对提上睑肌肌力为2~4mm重度上睑下垂患者进行治疗,效果良好,可减少传统的额肌瓣常出现的并发症,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of shortening of musculus levator palpebrae superioris on severe congenital ptosis.Methods Through the low double eyelid incision,15 cases with severe congenital ptosis were treated by freeing upward aponeurosis of levator palpebrae superioris muscle to moderate ligament,cutting off inside and outside foot of it and two sides of moderate ligament to shorten levator palpebrae superioris muscle.Results After 6 months foOowing up,all were satisfied with the natural curvature of the eyelid and without any postoperative complications,like entropion and ectropion of palpebral margin,conjunctiva prolapse and exposure keratitis.Conclusion The effect of shortening of musculus levator palpebrae superioris on the treatment of severe congenital ptosis(2 ~ 4 mm myodynamia) is satisfactory with the advantage of reducing complications of traditional frotalis muscle surgery.It is deserving clinic application.更多还原
