【摘要】 目的 探讨应用A型肉毒毒素矫正面瘫性下唇歪斜的临床效果。方法 应用A型肉毒毒素注射健侧相应肌肉,以抑制健侧面部肌肉运动,使健侧与患侧对称。结果 本组共11例患者。术后3~7 d,健侧肌力逐渐降低,口部做笑等动作时双下唇逐渐对称;术后3~4个月,健侧肌力逐渐恢复,做笑等动作时逐渐出现下唇歪斜;6个月左右基本恢复术前状态。结论 利用A型肉毒毒素对健侧肌肉进行注射,是简单、无创、效果理想的面瘫性下唇歪斜治疗方法,效果明显且易被患者接受,从而改善了患者外貌,提高了患者社会交往能力和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of botulinum toxin A on underlip skew of facial paralysis.Methods Botulinum toxin A was used to inject the uninjured muscle to make a symmetry with affected side by controlling muscular movement of the uninjured muscle.Results The strength of uninjured muscle on11 cases reduces gradually and the bilateral underlip was symmetry when movement,like laughing at 3 to 7 days postoperatively;The strength of uninjured muscle recovered gradually and the underlip was skew at 3 to 4 months,which restored to preoperative status at 6 months.Conclusion This method is a simple and ideal way for the con-ection of the underlip skew of facial paralysis with little invasion and noticeable effect,it also improves the quality of life,the ability of social communication and appearance.更多还原
