【摘要】 目的 探讨足趾部分移植修复指尖缺损的手术方法及效果。方法 对指尖全部或部分缺损的患者,选择拇趾或第2趾进行指尖再造,足趾供区创面行残端修整或岛状皮瓣覆盖,所有患者按组织移植术后常规治疗,拆线后即下床活动;术后6个月,根据移植指的外形、甲床生长情况及患者的需要,采取指甲延长、甲床、指端、瘢痕等再造指修复。结果 本组患者共28例41指,其再造手指均成活。随访6~28个月,从功能活动度、再造指力量、感觉测定以及手指使用情况等方面,根据手(拇)指再造功能评定试用标准进行评定,总体结果满意;所有再造指指腹饱满,皮色接近正常,同时对足趾供区功能无影响。结论 足趾移植再造部分指尖缺损,是目前较好的修复方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgical technique and the results of part toes transformation in repairing the fingertips defect.Methods The great toe or the second toe was used to reconstruct the entire or segmental defects of fingertips.The donor site of toe tip was performed the stump repaired or was recovered by the islanded flaps.After surgery,all patients received conventional treatment and took function rehabilitation training once the stitches were taken out.Plastic operation of reconstructed fingers including the fingernail lengthening,plasity of fingertip,nail bed and scar were considered to perform at 6 months after surgery,according to the appearance of the reconstructed fingers,the living condition of the nail,and the demand of the patients.Results All 41 reconstructed fingers in 28 cases survived completely.After 6 to 28 months following up,all were satisfied with the full finger pulp,good texture and color of the reconstructed finger and normal appearance and function of the donor toe according to the thumbs and fingers reconstructed function judge criteria involving the activities,strengthen,sensory,function,etc.Conclusion Toes transplantation is a currently most effective surgical technique to reconstruct complete or incomplete fingertips defects.更多还原
