【摘要】 在"互联网+"的浪潮下,农产品电子商务对降低流通费用、促进农民增收、发展农业规模化生产具有重要意义。福建省农产品电子商务已经初具规模,并通过不断的创新实践得到较快发展,但仍存在标准化程度低、基础设施落后、物流成本高昂、支付体系不完善和缺乏专业人才等问题。对此,应推进农业适度规模经营、加快农村基础设施建设、推动农产品企业集聚、深化农村金融体系改革、培养农产品电子商务人才,加快推进农产品电子商务发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the wave of the "Internet plus", agricultural products’ e-commerce play an important role in reducing circulation cost, increasing farmers’ income and promoting the mass production of agriculture. Agricultural products’ e-commerce in Fujian has taken shape, and got rapid development through constant innovation practice. However, there still exist many problems, such as a low degree of standardization, the poor infrastructure, the high cost of logistics, the faulty payment system and the lack of talent etc.. Therefore, some countermeasures for promoting the development of agricultural e-commerce are proposed, including promoting the moderate scale management of agriculture, speeding up the construction of rural infrastructure, driving the agricultural enterprise agglomeration, deepen the reform of the rural financial system, cultivating talented person of agricultural electronic commerce.更多还原
