【摘要】 苏州河是上海标志性河流,其河口更是上海的发源地与世界关注的焦点。基于苏州河历史演变及河口变迁情况分析,阐述了不同时期各方面对苏州河河口挡潮闸的要求和水闸发挥的作用,以及历史和现状情况下水闸闸址位置、工程规模、结构形式、运行方式。根据现状河口水闸运行情况,分析了水闸存在的主要问题,并提出了完善措施建议,包括淤积监测与定期清淤、防撞风险研究、大修方案研究等。根据上海未来城市总体规划、防洪要求、水资源调度和水环境整治要求,以及黄浦江河口建闸等相关工程规划情况,预测了未来苏州河河口水闸的功能和运行方式,从而为相关部门提供决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Suzhou River is a landmark river of Shanghai Municipality,and its estuary is the birth place of the city and also the focus of attention of the world.Based on analysis of historical evolution of the river and change of river mouth conditions,introductions are made on the requirements of various respects to the tidal gates and their roles and functions in different ages,as well as location of gate sites,engineering scale,structure and forms and operation methods under historical and current situations.Problems are detected according to current operation of the water gates and measures for improvement are put forward,including monitoring of sedimentation and desilting regularly,research of collision avoidance risks and study on overhaul options.Finally,prediction is made on functions and operation mode of water gates in line with overall plan of the city,requirement of flood control,water resources regulation and restoration of water environment,as well as planning of new gate construction in the mouth of Huangpujiang River,so as to provide reference for decision making of the relevant departments.更多还原
