水源地水质安全保障技术及在北方大型水源地的应用
Technologies for securing water quality at source and its application in large water sources in northern part of China
【摘要】 水资源是社会发展的重要基础,水源地水质的好坏对人类生产、生活和经济社会的发展产生极为重要的影响。污水直排或未达标排放将导致地表水污染,水源地水质恶化,威胁到社会的发展和人体的健康与安全,因此迫切需要加强水源地水质安全保障技术研究。通过分析提出水源地水质安全保障技术体系,并介绍该技术体系在我国北方某大型水源地的应用情况,为我国其他水源地的保护提供理论指导。
【Abstract】 Water resources are foundation for social development and water quality at source has significant impact on the production and daily lives of human beings and eco-social development. Discharge of polluted water without treatment or failing to meet the water quality standard may lead to pollution of surface water, worsening of water quality in the source, and threatening health of people and safety of social development. Thus, it is necessary to carry out studies on technologies for securing water quality in water source areas. Technical system and its application in a large water source area in northern part of China are introduced which provide theoretical guidance to other areas in China for water quality protection at source.
