【摘要】 目的:分析整体护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用研究。方法:从2013年12月~2014年12月入住某院的患儿中,以抽签的方法随机选择70例患儿,所有患儿都需要通过手术治疗,对其中35例患儿(观察组)在手术室护理工作中实施整体护理,其余35例患儿(对照组)一般护理方式进行护理。两组进行观察对比,主要通过小儿手术室的应用效果,通过数字评价表进行观察分析。结果:观察组的非常满意度为45.7%,总满意度为91.4%,两项满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的疼痛状况查看,轻度疼痛着19例,重度疼痛者2例,疼痛程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理小儿手术室护理工作可以有效缓解患儿术后的疼痛,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the application of holistic nursing during the nursing from children in operating room.Methods:Randomly sample 70 child patients received in a hospital and underwent operative treatment during the period from December 2013 to December 2014,of the child patients,35 cases were set as observation group and received holistic nursing during the nursing in operating room,the other 35 cases were defined as the control group and received common nursing.Observe and compare the 2groups.To observe and analyze according to the application effect in child operating room and number assessment table.Results:In observation,the extreme satisfaction degree was 45.7% and the overall satisfaction degree was 91.4%,which were all higher than that in control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).as for the child patients’ pain in observation group,19 cases suffered mild pain and 2cases underwent severe pain,which were better than that in control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To adopt holistic nursing during the nursing in operating room for children can effective relieve child patient’postoperative pain,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
