人心脏血管系统血管段间拓扑关系自动构建技术

【摘要】 心脏血管系统是一个结构复杂的系统,建立血管段间拓扑结构对于仿真血管中的血流流动具有十分重要的意义。将血管视为一段段的圆台体,在以VTK可视化工具和March Cube算法所重构的心脏血管等值面基础上,提出了利用较少的人的视觉与判定能力用包围盒的交互式分割方法实现对复杂血管系统的准自动化地有效分割与血管段间的拓扑结构构建方法与算法,实现了血管段间拓扑结构的准自动化构建,从而为仿真血管的血流流动奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The cardiovascular system is a complex system,establishment of vascular segment topology structure for the simulation of blood flow in blood vessels is of great significance.This article will blood vessels as the pioneers of the frustum of a cone body,in VTK visualization tools and March Cube algorithm to reconstruct the cardiovascular level,based on the proposed use less visual and decision ability of the person with bounding box interactive segmentation method for complex vascular system of automation effective segmentation and vessel segment between the topology of the constructing method and algorithm,implements the vessel segment between topological structure of quasi-automated build,so as to lay the ground for vascular blood flow simulation.
