【摘要】 目的:探讨食管间质瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法:回顾分析经术后病理证实的12例食管间质瘤的临床资料,对其诊断和外科治疗进行分析,并进行术后随访。结果:12例患者9例行经胸食管粘膜外摘除术,3例行食管部分切除术+胃代食管术,术后均诊断为食管间质瘤,术后随访18~108月,均无复发及死亡。结论:手术切除肿瘤是主要的治疗手段,食管间质瘤的确诊需要组织学和免疫组织化学,因其生物学行为变化较大,术后应加强随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment for esophageal gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods: The clinical data of 12 patients with esophageal gastrointestinal stromal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were followed up after operation. Results: Tumors of 9 patients were resected by enucleation, Tumors of 3 patients were resected by esophagectomy. During a follow-up of 18 to 108 months, no recurences in all patients. Conclusion: Diagnose of esophageal gastrointestinal stromal tumor is based on histopathology and immunohistochemistry. The stromal tumor resection and follow-up is necessary.更多还原
