【Abstract】 The quality of Party members is a major problem which is related to the ruling position of the party and to enhancement of construction of administration ability.The quality of Party members is the foundation to improve the Party’s ability to deal with complex situation and to resist various risks.In the 8th National Congress of the CPC,DENG Xiaoping made a concentrated thinking of the Party member quality problem regarding the necessity to improve the quality of Party members,the standard of the quality of Party members and the ways to improve the quality of Party members.〝 The report on the Revision of the Party Constitution〞summarizes the main ideas of DENG Xiaoping in improving Party member quality.This thinking is mainly accomplished by the modification of Party Constitution and it is of great realistic significance in the construction of Party member quality and the administration competence of the Party in conjunction with analysis of the situations of CPC.更多还原
