【Abstract】 War works is an indispensable part of the literary creation. No matter it shows the patriotic feelings or expresses the desire for peace, most writers show the fate of the characters under war circumstances through their works. Through the analysis of the soldiers’ anticipation before the war, the disillusionment of their heroic dreams during the war and their psychological trauma after the war, this paper aims to explore the deconstruction of the traditional masculinity in novels or poems in British literature, which can enrich and deepen the understanding of the war texts, and help us to know the writer’s creative intention of reflecting on the war from the perspective of human nature.更多还原
