【Abstract】 With the rapid development of mobile internet technology and application,it is vital to develop new model of flood control under the support of mobile application.The article proposes the ideas of the mobile internet,whenever and wherever possible,fast iteration and mini-burst.Besides,it also develops a technical route with characteristics of cross platform,adaptive and low cost on the basis of HTML5 and j Query Mobile.The mobile application becomes a new tool for the flood control and plays an important role in the defense of rainstorm,typhoon and high tide in Shanghai,2014.更多还原
