【摘要】 邪教犯罪的发生有个体、社会、国家、国际等多方面的原因,只有深刻认识这些原因,才能从我国现有的综合治理的总刑事政策、宽严相济的基本刑事政策以及关于邪教犯罪的具体刑事政策中发现不足,进而在重新定义刑事政策、正确处理邪教与宗教信仰自由的关系、改善社会团体管理制度、建立群众参与犯罪预防机制等方面,结合社会学的研究内容全面构建预防和治理邪教犯罪的刑事政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intentional murder happening in Zhaoyuan City,Shandong Province not only sparks strong indignation,but also attracts public concern about the reality of the"Almighty God"and other cult organizations. There are many individual,social,national and international causes leading cult crime occurring and only by a deep understanding of these can we find the disorder of the current total criminal policy,fundemental criminal policy and specific criminal policy. Thus redefining the criminal policy,in order to properly handle the relationship between cults and religious freedom,improve the social organizations management system,establish people’s involving in crime prevention mechanisms,and completely build a policy system of cult crime prevention and control,combining with a comprehensive sociological research.更多还原
