可膨胀石墨对硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料烟密度等级的影响

【摘要】 将可膨胀石墨(EG)和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)包覆的可膨胀石墨(MF-EG)添加到硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)材料中,研究了EG和MF-EG对RPUF烟密度等级的影响。结果表明:添加EG可以降低RPUF的烟密度等级,在EG粒径相同的情况下,EG膨胀倍率越高,RPUF的烟密度等级越低;当EG膨胀倍率相同时,添加80目EG的RPUF烟密度等级最低;EG与MF-EG的加入都可以降低RPUF的烟密度等级,添加量较低时,EG降低烟密度等级的效果优于MF-EG,而添加量较高时,MF-EG对RPUF烟密度等级的降低效果好于EG。

【Abstract】 Expandable graphite(EG) and melamine-formaldehyde(MF) resin wrapped EG(MF-EG) were incorporated into rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF). The effects of EG and MF-EG on smoke density rank of RPUF were studied. The results show that the smoke density rank of RPUF reduces with the addition of EG; with the same size of EG particles, the higher of EG expansion ratio is, the lower of smoke density rank of RPUF is; with the same expansion ratio of EG, when the particle size is 80 mesh, the smoke density rank of RPUF is the lowest. The smoke density rank of RPUF can reduce when adding EG or MF-EG, when the addition content is less, the effect of EG is better than that of MF-EG on reducing smoke density rank of RPUF; when the addition content is more, the effect of MF-EG is better than that of EG on reducing smoke density rank of RPUF.
