水库消能工程防冲抗磨技术应用研究
Research on application of reservoir energy dissipation project impingement anti-wear technology
【摘要】 大伙房水库输水洞消能工程因为过流速度较快及水流长期侵蚀等影响,导致消能塘出现了混凝土缺失、分水墩钢板冲毁、钢板空鼓、混凝土钢筋外漏和严重锈蚀等问题。针对分水墩钢板、混凝土以及消能台阶破损情况,采用丙乳、高强抗冲磨材料、特种抗冲耐磨聚合物钢纤维砂浆等材料对缺陷进行了全面处理。消能塘出水口分水墩及台阶混凝土表面冲蚀、剥蚀、破损严重,使用这些材料进行综合性修补处理后,该消能工程恢复使用,运行效果良好。
【Abstract】 Dahuofang Reservoir water conveyance tunnel energy dissipation project leads to concrete deficiency,water diversion pier steel sheet wash-out,steel sheet emptying,concrete steel bar leakage,serious corrosion and other problems in the energy dissipation pound due to too fast flowing speed,long-term water erosion and other influence.Acrylicemulsion,high-strength grinding materials,special impact-resistance and abrasion resistant polymer steel fiber mortar and other materials can be used for comprehensive treatment on defects aiming at water diversion pier steel sheet,concrete and energy dissipation step damage condition.Erosion,peeling and damage are serious on the concrete surface of energy dissipation pond water outlet water diversion pile and steps.After the materials are used for comprehensive repair treatment,the energy dissipation project is restored for use with excellent operation effect.
