【摘要】 水库传统调度方式以兴利和防洪调度为主。从保障水库下游水生态系统可持续发展的理念出发,提出在水库调度过程中应采取的生态调度的方法和措施。实践证明,利用水库可灵活调节水量的特点,恢复或改善被破坏的水生态系统,有利于维持水生态安全健康发展。希望该水库生态调度实例,可对其他实施水生态持续发展的水库提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reservoir traditional regulation mode is mainly based on efficiency and flood control regulation.Ecological regulation methods and measures that should be adopted in reservoir regulation control are proposed from the perspective of guaranteeing reservoir downstream ecological system sustainable development.Practice shows that reservoir features of flexibly adjusting water flow can be utilized for recovering or improving damaged water ecosystem,which is beneficial for maintaining safe and healthy development of water ecosystem.It is expected that the reservoir ecological regulation example can provide reference for other reservoirs implementing water ecological sustainable development.更多还原
