饲料脂肪水平对乌苏里拟鲿生长性能和体成分的影响

【摘要】 为研究饲料脂肪水平对乌苏里拟鲿生长性能和体成分的影响,以鱼粉和酪蛋白作为蛋白源,鱼油和豆油(1∶1)作为脂肪源,配制3个不同脂肪水平(5%、10%和15%)的试验饲料,对平均体重为(3.40±0.01)g的乌苏里拟鲿进行为期8周的养殖试验。结果表明,饲料中脂肪含量为5%时,试验鱼的增重率最大(276%),蛋白质效率最高(1.80%),饲料系数最低(1.22),全鱼粗蛋白质含量最高(13.68%),且均显著优于15%试验组(P<0.05)。因此,本试验条件下乌苏里拟鲿饲料中适宜的脂肪含量为5%。

【Abstract】 An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to study the optimal lipid content of feed for Pseudobagras ussuriensis.Fish meal and casein were chosen as the protein source,the fish oil and the bean oil as fat source.Pseudobagras ussuriensis were randomly divided into 3 groups,and three lipid levels(5%,10%,15%)were formulated.The results showed that when the fat content was 5%,the weight growth rates of Pseudobagras ussuriensis were the highest(276%),the protein efficiency was the highest(1.80%),the feed conversion efficiency was the lowest(1.22),and protein content of the whole fish was the highest(13.68%) which were all significantly improved,compared with 15% group(P < 0.05).In this trial the optimal lipid content in feed was 5% for Pseudobagras ussuriensis.
