基于Hyperworks的中空吹塑机下模板的优化设计
Optimization Design of Lower Platen of Hollow Blow Molding Machine Based on Hyperworks
【摘要】 利用有限元分析软件Hyperworks对原中空吹塑机下模板进行有限元静力分析,准确地获得其变形和应力分布云图,找出变形最大值和局部应力最集中区。并基于变密度法对模板结构进行拓扑优化,从而得到在满足强度和刚度条件下的最佳材料分布结构,且该结构与原模板结构相比,质量减轻明显,这在很大程度上地减少了模板的生产材料。
【Abstract】 This paper performed finite element static analysis to the lower platen of hollow blow molding machine by using finite element Hyperworks software,and the deformation and stress nephogram of the lower platen were obtained,including the maximum deformation and the concentrated area of the stress. Based on variable density method for topology optimization of the structure of the template,the best material distribution satisfying the intensity and rigidity was obtained. And compared with the original template structure,the mass of the template decreased obviously,greatly reducing the productive materials of the platen.
