衬砌混凝土早期抗裂性能研究
Study on Early-age Cracking Behaviors of Lining Concrete with MgO-type Expansive Materials
【摘要】 采用平板法进行衬砌混凝土早期约束开裂性能的试验研究,探讨新型镁质膨胀材料对衬砌混凝土早期塑性开裂性能的影响。结果表明:掺3%~6%新型镁质膨胀材料能有效抑制裂缝的产生和拓展,可以显著提高衬砌混凝土抵抗塑性收缩的能力,但当掺量超过6%时,其抗裂性能又迅速下降;掺新型镁质膨胀材料能提高衬砌混凝土的抗裂性能,掺量为3%时其抗裂性能最佳。
【Abstract】 The influences of new MgO-based expansive materials on early-age anti-cracking behaviors of lining concrete are experimentally studied and the cracking behaviors of concrete is analyzed by using the modified flat-type specimen.The results show that the optimal content of MgO-based expansive materials is 3%to 6%of binder.Under the conditions of optimal content,the early-age cracking resistance of concrete is higher than other content.But when the content of new MgO-based expansive materials exceeds 6%of binder,the cracking resistance of concrete rapidly decreases.The new MgO-based expansive materials can improve cracking resistance of concrete,and the cracking resistance performance is best when the content is 6%.
