【Abstract】 A survey is done over the students from economic and financing majors in a vocational college,and result shows that the subjects fail to make a good career planning,lacking goals and enthusiasms.Therefore,this paper offers strategies to stimulate the motivation of the learners by correcting their attitude towards learning,understanding the professional demands,adjusting curriculum,innovating teaching methods.更多还原
