碱度对球团矿热态性能和矿相结构的影响
Influence of basicity on thermal properties and mineralogical structure of pellets
【摘要】 针对酸性球团矿热态冶金性能不佳的问题,采用配加白云石调整球团矿碱度的方法研究了不同碱度球团矿在还原气氛中反应1h后的低温还原粉化及还原膨胀指数,再通过光学显微镜分析球团矿矿相结构,得到了球团碱度、热态冶金性能与矿相结构之间的关系。以期为球团生产采取合理措施,改善产品质量提供依据和参考。
【Abstract】 In view of poor thermal state metallurgical properties of acid pellets,by adding dolomite to adjust pellet basicity,the reduction disintegration index at low temperature and reduction swelling index of pellets with different basicity after 1 hour reduction were studied,then the mineralogical structure of pellets was analyzed by optical microscope,and the relationship between pellet basicity and thermal metallurgical properties and mineralogical structure was obtained. It is expected that this will provide basis and reference for taking reasonable measures and improving product quality in pellet production.
