烧结用生石灰性能评价方法研究

【摘要】 针对烧结用的4种生石灰,分别采用盐酸滴定法和恒温量热法对其反应性能进行了研究和评价,并结合制粒与烧结杯试验对两种方法进行了比较。结果表明:生石灰的Ca O含量与其总消化放热量呈正相关关系,但对生石灰的消化速率影响不显著。因生石灰在烧结过程中无法完全消化,故消化速率比消化热对烧结过程的影响更重要。对于试验中选用的生石灰,用恒温量热法检测的结果与制粒和烧结杯试验结果的符合性相比盐酸滴定法要更好。

【Abstract】 In view of four kinds of quicklime used in the sintering plant,the acid-base titration method and the constanttemperature calorimetric method were used to study and evaluate their activities and hydration characteristics respectively,and the two methods were compared in combination with the granulation and sintering pot test. The result shows that,the Ca O content of quicklime is positively related to its total hydration heat,but it doesn’t have remarkable influence on its hydration speed. As the quicklime cannot be hydrated completely during the sintering process,the influence of hydration speed on the sintering process is more important than the hydration heat on the sintering process. As for the quicklime used in the test,the consistency of the measurement result by the constant-temperature calorimetric method with the granulation and sintering pot test result is better than that of the acid-base titration method measurement result with granulation and sintering pot test result.
