杂质元素(S,P)含量及热处理工艺对4Cr5MoSi1V低温冲击韧度的影响
Effects of Impurity Elements(S,P) and Heat Treatment Processing on Impact Toughness of 4Cr5MoSi1V Steel
【摘要】 通过控制杂质元素S、P含量及热处理工艺的变化,研究了其对4Cr5Mo Si1V(H13)钢冲击韧度的影响。实验结果表明:降低合金中的杂质元素S、P的含量,随温度升高,材料的低温冲击性能、常温冲击性能均大幅度提升。其中杂质元素S、P元素含量低的优质级H13模具钢性能明显高于普通级H13模具钢。
【Abstract】 Effects of impurity elements(S,P) and heat treatment processing parameters on impact toughness of4Cr5 Mo Si1V steel were investigated.The experimental results show that the toughness of H13 steel is very sensitive to the tempering temperature; when reducing the content of impurity elements sulfur and phosphorus in 4Cr5 Mo Si1V steel,with the increase of temperature,as a result,the properties of the low temperature impact property and room temperature impact property of the material can greatly enhance.The properties of high quality H13 die steel with low impurity elements content are higher than the normal H13 die steel’s.
