从人本电子健康(HeH)到人本健康信息力学(HHiPcs)——全民智慧健康研究与实践的新成果

【摘要】 本文报道全民智慧健康研究与实践的2个新成果。一是从人本电子健康(简称He H)到人本健康信息力学(缩写为HHinfpics,简称HHi Pcs)的飞跃;二是以人本信息论视角和HHi Pcs方法对复合医学工程(简称CM)相关的科技创新发展趋势进行宏观观察与微观分析。全文5要点:(1)随着电子商务大发展后电子健康(e Health)的发展,人本电子健康悄然兴起,人本健康信息力(简称HHi P)引导医学科技创新,人本健康信息力学(简称HHi Pcs)蔚然成型。(2)从人本信息论视角,用HHi Pcs方法分析医患关系紧张的深层原因,预测人本健康集成微服务(简称MC)即将迎来大的发展,并与复合医学工程并肩而行,相互促进。(3)从人本信息论视角,用HHi Pcs方法分析,医患关系紧张是双方信息力不平衡、不协同的结果;MC可提供第三方服务,促成包括医者(m)/患者(P)及其家庭(F)和MC(C)在内的m CPF四翼协同的蝶式服务,达到标本兼治的目的。这种视角和解决方案受到了卫生计生部门组织的医院院长培训班学员的普遍赞同。(4)m CPF协同的蝶式服务正从医院的医患服务延伸到社区和家庭,助力全民智慧健康。这属于IT产业化的第四∫波,核心任务是MC创业,目前处于∫过程的初启阶段末期,即将进入迅速成长期。(5)目前HHi Pcs方法主要还是定性分析,但或早或迟,必将发展出类似于经典力学和量子力学的,以定量为主要特征的HHi Pcs方法学和分析工具,在设计和实施建设中国特色全民智慧健康体系的大大小小计划中发挥重要作用,其中包括复合医学工程发展项目。

【Abstract】 This article presents two recent achievements that have produced in the theoretical research & practical trials aiming at developing Smart Health for all citizens(SHall). One is the leap from Human-centered e Health(He H) into Human-centered & Health-focused information Power Science that is an academic expression proposed here and abbreviated as HHinfpics and further condensed as HHi Pcs. Another achievement is a HHi Pcs macro-observation and micro-analysis of the trend in CM(complex medicine) engineering-related innovation development. Five key points are briefed below.(1) During the recent He H upsurge, Human-centered & Health-focused information Power(HHi P) appeared quietly as a result of fast growing of e Health following the huge volume increase in the blooming market of e-business; This HHi P will be leading the main stream of innovations in medical science & technology development. The HHi Pcs framework has very recently been formed as a system.(2) This HHi Pcs system could well in-depth explain the tight relationship between medical services providers and the patients(Rm P). HHi Pcs can also predict the fast growth of Humancentered micro-integrative health care(MC) that will be growing together with CM engineering which would be well supporting each other.(3)The tight Rm P, as a HHi Pcs observation & analysis, has been caused by the unbalanced and non-synergic coordinated information Power(i P) from m- and p-sides, and could be fast apparently and also in-depth well improved via a solution that introduces MC, as the 3rd side providing a necessary general consultant & coordination service. This solution has been depicted in the form of a 4-wing Butterfly model making i Ps of m-c-p-f wing system balanced each other and synergic coordinated, including also the patient’s family as the 4th wing. Such a HHi Pcs observation and m CPF Butterfly solution to the tight Rm P was well understood and supported by a training class organized by The Health and Family Planning Administrative authority for leaders from a hundred hospitals in China as shown by a questionnaire study and focus-group discussions among the trainees.(4) Such a HHi Pcs observation and m CPF Butterfly solution are extending into communities and families in order to help promoting SHall. Such a development belongs to the 4th∫ tide of the integration of IT into business, and the key task here would be MC incubating that has been now reaching the turning point to the fast growing stage.(5) At present, HHi Pcs methodology is mainly qualitative analysis.But no matter later or earlier, it must be able to develop a set of HHi Pcs tools featuring quantitative methodology similar to classic mechanics and quantum mechanics, which would play an important role in designing and realizing various plans at different level for construction of and development of the SHall system with Chinese features and characters, including CM engineering development plans.
