【摘要】 目的观察夏枯草口服液治疗气郁痰阻型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法将66例结节性甲状腺肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例;对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片,治疗组给予左甲状腺素钠片和夏枯草口服液治疗,疗程6个月。观察两组临床疗效、甲状腺结节和甲状腺功能变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为84.85%,对照组为51.52%;治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组甲状腺结节最大直径均明显缩小(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组小于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组甲状腺结节数目减少(P<0.05),且治疗组结节数目小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后及组间甲状腺功能指标(FT3、FT4、TSH)变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论夏枯草口服液治疗结节性甲状腺肿临床疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical efficacy of "Xiakucao Fluid"in the treatment of nodular goiter of qi depression and phlegm obstruction.Methods Sixty-six subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which 33 cases were treated by Levothyroxin Sodium Tablets,and treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by Levothyroxin Sodium Tablets and"Xiakucao Fluid",with a course of six months.The clinical efficacy,thyroid nodes and thyroid functions were observed.Results The total effective rate was 84.85% in the treatment group and 51.52% in the control group,with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0.01).After treatment,the maximal diameters of thyroid nodes were reduced in both groups( P < 0.05,P < 0.01),with smaller diameter in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0.01);the number of thyroid nodes was decreased in the treatment group( P < 0.05),with fewer number in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0.05).The levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH changed little between before and after treatment,and the two groups( P > 0.05).Conclusion "Xiakucao Fluid"is quite effective against nodular goiter of qi depression and phlegm obstruction.更多还原
