船体总段吊带吊装新工艺研究与应用

【摘要】 船舶的总段建造法在提高总段预舾装率和建造质量、缩短船台(坞)周期方面具有突出优势。目前总段有大型化的趋向,但大型模块化总段建造并不完全依赖于起吊能力的提高,可用先进工艺技术来替代大型基础设施的巨大投入。介绍了一种采用新型材质(合成纤维材料)组成的圆形吊带吊装大型薄壁船体总段替代甲板吊环吊装和钢梁托架吊装方法,为确保吊带吊装安全可靠,做了大量的技术准备工作,对方案进行论证分析、有限元计算,建立科学的理论依据,总段吊装的顺利实施,提高了船体总段的预舾装率,对实现造船模块化生产、壳舾涂的一体化有着十分重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Block method of hull construction has outstanding advantages in terms of improving block pre-outfitting rate and construction quality, as well as shortening berth(dock) cycles. Currently, there is a trend of block maximization, yet the large-scaled modularized block construction is not entirely dependent on the lifting capability. The advanced technologies in this aspect can be introduced to replace large scale infrastructures which demand huge investment. This paper introduces a lifting method for large scaled thin-walled hull blocks using circular sling made of new material(synthetic fiber) to replace the deck hoisting-ring lifting and the lifting-beam hoisting methods. To ensure the safety and reliability of the sling lifting, substantial technical preparations are made. The scheme is fully analyzed based on finite element calculations and the theoretical basis is also established. The successful lifting of the blocks in such a way has increased the block pre-outfitting rate, having a great significance to the realization of modularized production and integration of hull construction, outfitting and painting in shipbuilding.
