复合食品包装袋中18种溶剂残留的顶空气相色谱检测方法

【摘要】 文章建立了用顶空气相色谱检测复合食品包装袋中多种溶剂残留量的方法,最佳检测条件为:载气流速1.8mL/min,进样时间1min,采用程序升温,初始温度为40℃,保留3min,以6℃/min升温至60℃,保留5min,再以10℃/min升温至120℃,保留12min。采用该方法,一次进样可同时检测18种溶剂残留,且分离度好、准确度高、重现性好。该方法简便、易行,检测时间较快,完全能满足食品塑料包装质量监督检测中溶剂残留量的分析。

【Abstract】 The article established a method for determine residual solvents in composite food packaging.The best test conditions:carrier gas flow rate is 1.8 mL/min,injection time is 1 min,using temperature program,the initial temperature is 40℃,keep 3 min,then with 6℃/min up to 60℃,keep 5 min,last with10℃/min up to 120℃,keep 12 min.By using this method,through one injection,18 kinds of residual solvents can be detected simultaneously.It′s separating degree is good,accuracy is high,and reproducibility is good.The method is simple,easy and fast,it can completely meet the solvent residues in food plastic packaging analysis in quality supervision and inspection.
