DRD2-141 C ins/del(rs1799732)基因多态性与农村自杀未遂的关联性研究
Effects of Dopamine Receptor D2(DRD2)-141 C ins/del Gene Polymorphisms on Rural Suicidal Attempt
【摘要】 目的 探讨多巴胺D2受体(DRD2)基因启动子区域-141 C ins/del基因多态性与农村自杀未遂的关联性。方法 按照1:1配对病例对照研究设计,在山东农村选取371对自杀未遂者及正常对照为研究对象,运用聚合酶链式反应-连接酶检测反应(PCR-LDR)检测基因多态性。结果 ins基因频率和ins/ins基因型在自杀未遂者中出现的频率均显著高于正常对照人群(P<0.001)。单因素Logistic回归分析发现ins/ins基因型携带者自杀未遂的风险为del等位基因携带者的2.11倍(95%CI:1.43~3.12),调整负性生活事件、精神疾病和教育水平的影响后,ins/ins基因型携带者自杀未遂的风险为del等位基因携带者的2.28(95%CI:1.28~4.07)。结论DRD2-141 C ins/del(rs1799732)多态性可能是自杀未遂的独立危险因素之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association between DRD2 promoter-141 C ins/del(rs 1799732) polymorphisms and suicidal attempt in rural areas,China.Methods The samples consisted of three hundred and seventy-one suicide attempters and the same number of healthy controls.Polymerase chain reaction and ligase detection reaction(PCR-LDR) were performed to detect the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of-141 C ins/del.Results Compared to the controls,the ins allele frequency and ins/ins genotype frequency in suicide attempters were significantly higher(P<0.001).Univariate Logistic regression model revealed that the ins/ins genotype was a risk factor for suicidal attempt(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.43~3.12,P<0.001).After adjusting the factors of negative life events,education levels,and mental disorders,the risk of attempted suicide for ins/ins genotype carrier was higher than del allele carriers(OR=2.2%.95%C7:1.28~4.07).Conclusion DRD2-141 C ins/del(rsl799732) polymorphism might be an independent risk factor for suicidal attempt.
