自制双组分聚氨酯弹性体涂料施工工艺的研究

【摘要】 分别采用刮涂、浇注、缠绕三种施工工艺,将自制双组分聚氨酯弹性体涂料涂覆于45#钢表面,检测不同施工工艺所得涂层的附着力、耐热盐水性、耐盐雾性和耐湿热性等性能。试验结果表明:自制弹性体涂料采用刮涂、浇注、缠绕三种施工工艺所得的涂层与钢材的附着力均达到10 MPa以上;分别经恒温40℃人工海水浸泡90 d、耐中性盐雾试验2 000 h及耐湿热试验2 000 h后,钢材表面涂层均不起泡、不脱落、不开裂,且钢材表面无锈蚀。

【Abstract】 The self-made two components polyurethane elastomer coatings was applied on the surface of 45# steel by three kinds of construction technology,including scraping,casting and winding. Adhesion,hot brine resistance,salt spray resistance and damp heat resistance of the obtained coating were detected. The results showed that the elastic coating could be painted by scraping,casting and winding. The adhesion of obtained coating on the steel substrate could reach more than 10MPa. There were no problems of blistering,falling and cracking on the coating,and no rust on the steel substrate after the coating was immersed in 40℃ seawater 90 d,and tested by the neutral salt spray resistance test 2 000h,damp heat resistance test 2 000h,respectively.
