【摘要】 文章选择了包括中国在内20个经济体,综合运用多个贸易竞争力指标,对中国知识产权服务贸易的国际竞争力进行了比较研究,结果发现:与美国等发达经济体相比,中国知识产权服务贸易的竞争力极弱,长期处于贸易逆差状态。但对于中国知识产权服务贸易来说,贸易逆差、竞争力较弱是其中国经济成长过程中的一个必经阶段。进口并非坏事,关键在于能否进行有效的二次创新,从而最终提升自主创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper compares the international competence for intellectual property services trade by choosing 20 main economic bodies and using multiple trade competitiveness indicators.The research finds that compared with the developed economic bodies such as the United States,the competitiveness of Chinese intellectual property service trade is very weak.However,trade deficit of intellectual property services trade is not a bad thing because it is a necessary stage in China’s economic growth.The key is to use foreign intellectual property to realize secondary innovation and enhance the capability of independent innovation.secondary innovation secondary innovation secondary innovation更多还原
