600MW汽轮机中压级隔板的强度分析

【摘要】 介绍了隔板强度计算常用的传统经验公式法和有限元数值模拟法,并对某600MW汽轮机中压级不同厚度隔板的强度进行了分析。分析表明隔板应力和挠度随厚度呈非线性变化,同时验证了根据传统经验公式设计的隔板偏保守,研究成果对今后的隔板设计及优化有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 The traditional empirical formula method and the finite element numerical simulation method used in the strength calculation of diaphragms were reviewed.With a 600 MW steam turbine being used as an example,the strength analysis of intermediate pressure(IP)diaphragms with different thickness was conducted,showing that the stress and the deflection may change nonlinearly with the thickness variation.It is proved that the diaphragm design using traditional empirical formula is relatively conservative,which can provide valuable reference to optimization of the diaphragm design.
