【摘要】 目前规模化猪场普遍存在母猪产后乏情的情况,为明确产后乏情母猪血浆中促乳素水平是否异常,考察了卡麦角林诱导母猪发情的效果。结果表明:产后乏情母猪有50%以上血浆中促乳素水平过高;卡麦角林诱导产后乏情母猪的发情率为55%,促乳素过高母猪的诱导发情率为75%,均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。本研究证实卡麦角林对由于促乳素过高而导致的乏情母猪有较好的诱导发情作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The postpartum anestrus of sows was common in industralized pig farms in China,the aim of the present research was to identify whether the plasma prolactin level was in a normal range in postpartum anestrus sows.Also,the effect of induction estrus by carerbgoline was studied.The results showed that there was abnormally high level of prolactin level in more than 50%anestrus sows.And the induction estrus rate of carbergoline in postpartum anestrus and anetrus sows with high prolactin level was 55%and 75%,respectively,which were both significantly higher than that of the control groups.The results indicated that carbergoline was efficacious in estrus induction of anestrus sows with abnormal high prolactin level.更多还原
