基于正交参数化的注塑保压段线性时变建模方法
An Orthogonal-Parameterized Linear Time-Varying Model for Packing Phase of Injection Molding Process
【摘要】 利用注塑过程的重复性,提出了一种基于正交参数化的注塑机保压段线性时变建模方法,能够很好地描述注塑过程保压段特性,且方法简单、可靠性强,实验结果表明了算法的有效性.
【Abstract】 As the packing phase have an obvious nonlinear and time-varying feature,linear time-invariant models often fail to meet the modeling accuracy requirements.The conventional nonlinear modeling methods,such as the mechanism model,fuzzy and neural network model,do not fully utilize the repeatability to reduce modeling complexity.This paper presents an orthogonal-parameterized linear time-varying model for packing phase of injection molding process.The model can describe packing characteristics adequately while the method is simple and reliable.Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
