新型资源节约型耐热奥氏体不锈钢高温抗氧化性能研究
RESEARCH ON HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION RESISTANCE OF NEW RESOURCE SAVING AND HEAT RESISTANT AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 采用增重法研究了Al和Si对新型奥氏体耐热不锈钢310S在不同温度(700、800、900℃和1 000℃)空气中抗氧化性能的影响,并结合拉曼光谱(Raman)及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,对氧化膜的形貌和成分进行了分析。结果发现,设计合金的氧化增重都基本符合抛物线规律。单独添加Al的合金在空气中的氧化增重明显高于310S;单独添加Si的合金在900℃以下氧化时增重低于310S,而在900℃以上氧化时增重高于310S;复合添加Al和Si的合金的抗高温氧化性能是三种设计合金中最好的,可作为耐热钢310S的替代材料。
【Abstract】 Investigations were carried to analyze the effects of Al and Si on high temperature oxidation kinetics of novel heat-resistance austenitic stainless steel by using the oxidation weight gain method in air condition. The experiments were carried out at 700,800,900 ℃ and 1 000 ℃respectively. Raman spectroscopy and SEM were used to analyze the morphology,constituent and micro structure of the oxidized scale. Experimental results indicated that the oxidation weight gain of the designed alloy complied with a parabolic law. Alloy gained more oxidation weight by the addition of Al as compared to the 310 S,while the oxidation weight gain by the addition of Si was less than that of 310 S under 900 ℃,but contrary above 900 ℃. The alloy with the addition of both Al and Si provided the best property of high temperature oxidation resistance in the designed alloys,and it could be a possible replacement of heat resistant austenitic stainless steel 310 S.
