【摘要】 目的:观察益肾健脾止血法对化疗后血小板减少的干预作用。方法:将102例确诊为急性白血病、化疗后血小板减少患者分成3组,空白组35例采用常规方法用药(予止血敏、输注单采血小板等);治疗1组34例为常规治疗、同时于化疗开始时加服三子补血汤干预,治疗2组33例为常规治疗、并于化疗结束后加服三子补血汤干预。结果:治疗1、2组患者化疗后15天的血小板数、平均血小板体积高于空白组,血小板输注量和输注人数较空白组减少,有良好疗效。治疗1组化疗后血小板数高于治疗2组,体现出化疗早期中药干预优于化疗结束后中药干预,最佳治疗时间窗应在化疗时同时服用中药。结论:益肾健脾止血法对化疗后血小板减少具有满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and hemostasis on acute leukemia with thrombocytopenia due to chemotherapy.Methods:102 cases of patients diagnosed as acute leukemia with thrombocytopenia due to chemotherapy were divided into three groups,the blank group with 35 cases was treated with conventional therapy(dicynone,plateletphoresis infusion,et al);on the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment group 1 with 34 cases was given conventional therapy as well as sanzi buxue decoction at the start of chemotherapy,and the treatment group 2 was given conventional therapy with sanzi buxue decoction after chemotherapy.Result:After 15 days of chemotherapy,the platelet count and the mean platelet volume in both treatment groups were higher than that in blank group,and the volume and number of platelet transfusion were lower than that of blank group;the platelet count in treatment group 1 was higher than treatment group 2 after chemotherapy.Conclusion:The clinical effect of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and hemostasis on acute leukemia with thrombocytopenia due to chemotherapy was satisfactory,early TCM intervention is better than intervention after chemotherapy.更多还原
