【摘要】 目的:观察阿维A、多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合中药熏蒸治疗方案对寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为两组,各25例。治疗组采用口服阿维A 20~40 mg/天,静滴多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,并联合中药熏蒸治疗;对照组仅口服阿维A治疗。两组患者均外用醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率分别为88%和56%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:阿维A、多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合中药熏蒸治疗方案对寻常型银屑效果好,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection: To observe the effect of acitretin,polyene phosphatidylcholine with Chinese medicine fumigation on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 50 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acitretin orally( 20 ~ 40 mg / d),polyene phosphatidylcholine infusion and Chinese medicine fumigation; the control group was given only acitretin orally. Topical triamcinolone acetonide acetate and urea cream was applied to all patients in two groups. The duration of therapy was four weeks. Results: The response rate of the treatment group and control group was 84% and 56% respectively,the difference was significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of acitretin,polyene phosphatidylcholine with Chinese medicine fumigation on psoriasis vulgaris showed a beneficial effect.更多还原
