【Abstract】 The requirements of "collaborative innovation" policy and the implementation of constructing the "New Four Modernizations",offered a precious opportunity for higher vocational colleges serving the regional development. Higher vocational colleges should respond to such demands and take effort to realize the industry,teaching and research cooperative innovation and the transformation of the pattern of offering social services through the county and school collaborative innovation.
