【Abstract】 By reviewing the misunderstanding of the concept on zero inventory management in manufacturing industry that exists in practical applications,it gives an analysis on present status of zero inventory management in the manufacturing sector,and points out that enterprises should reduce inventory in a scientific and rational way in combination of their own production and business model.This paper gives an exploratory investigation on the inventory management model at the viewing angle of supply chain in order to clarify the concept on enterprise inventory management and provide theoretical support and correct orientation for rational inventory practices.更多还原
