黏土地区地铁盾构隧道施工地下障碍物处理

【摘要】 黏土地区地铁隧道采用施作竖井加暗挖隧道的方法处理地下障碍物的关键在于竖井和暗挖通道的稳定和变形。以武汉地铁某区间隧道施工为实际工程背景,在介绍黏土地区倒挂井壁施作竖井加暗挖隧道法处理小范围地下障碍物施工相关技术的基础上,分析了在竖井开挖过程中对周边环境的影响以及施工过程中需要注意的问题,实证研究表明,竖井在施工过程中要严格控制开挖步距,在开挖完成后要及时架设支撑结构,隧道施工要注意提前打超前小导管,严格按照注浆量进行注浆,开挖进尺不能太大,开挖后要及时架设支护结构,尽早成拱封闭,监测单位在隧道开挖过程中要加密监测次数,及时掌握竖井和围岩的变化趋势,为安全施工创造条件。

【Abstract】 The key technology of shafts and bored channel are stability and deformation in the method of wall upside down method and bored tunnel. This paper puts subway tunnel construction in Wuhan for practical engineering background,introduces the use of wall upside down method and bored tunnel to treat a small range of underground barriers in clay area and analyzes the impact of surrounding environment and issues in the shaft excavation process in order to provide a reference for similar projects. Therefore,in the process of shafts construction engineers must control the excavation pitches strictly,and erected the support structure after the excavation at the same time,tunnel construction should pay attention to advance to play ahead of a small catheter,in strict accordance with grouting,excavation footage cannot be too large,supporting structure must promptly set up,arch should closed as soon as possible,monitor agency should encrypt the frequency of monitoring during excavation tunnel,to grasp the trends of shafts and rock and create conditions for safe construction.
