某中学教学楼屈曲约束支撑加固施工技术研究

【摘要】 屈曲约束支撑是一种新型的耗能支撑,克服了传统支撑受压屈曲的缺点,其滞回曲线饱满,具有较好的抗震性能,用于结构抗震加固更是优势明显。云南省玉溪一中教学楼采用屈曲约束支撑加固,整个加固改造施工过程充分考虑了经济性、施工工期、结构平立面布置特点等方面的要求,并详细介绍了整个加固方案及施工方法,在此基础上说明了屈曲约束支撑在加固施工过程中的常见难点问题及相应的解决方法。

【Abstract】 Buckling restrained brace is a kind of new energy dissipater. Because of the ideal hysteresis curve and ability to avoid the risk of buckling faced by traditional braces under pressure,it is of good seismic performance and has potential to be widely used in structural seismic reinforcement. A case study is carried out in which buckling restrained braces( BRB) are applied in Yuxi No. 1 middle school teaching building. The entire construction process takes account of the requirements such as economy,construction period,structure and facade layout features etc. The details of reinforcement program and construction methods have been introduced,including common difficulties and solutions during the process of reinforcement construction,which act as a reference for future buckling restrained brace reinforcement in Yunnan province.
