【摘要】 对空心板梁芯模应用现状进行了分析,针对经常出现的偏移、上浮、变形等现象,结合在济广高速公路某标段宽幅预应力空心板梁制作的工程实践,提出了一套制作简单、安拆方便、通用性好、周转次数高的折叠式钢芯模板体系和相应的施工工艺,较好地解决了空心板梁芯模施工中出现的诸多问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are frequently many problems in the hollow slab beams construction such as offset,buoyancy,deformation. Through comparison and analysis of application status of internal formwork,and combined with the engineering practice,which was the production of wide pre-stressed hollow slab beams in one section of the Ji’nan-Guangzhou expressway,the folding steel internal formwork was designed,which was simple product,easy installation and dismantlement,highly generality,solving a lot of problems in the engineering construction.更多还原
