新型装配整体式混凝土主次梁节点试验研究

【摘要】 为研究新型装配整体式结构的混凝土主次梁节点抗剪叠合构造的有效性,本研究分别制作了4组不同次梁高度和配筋率的装配叠合主次梁节点、现浇主次梁节点,进行了足尺构件的单调静力加载试验,测试了节点混凝土和钢筋的应变、节点荷载-挠度关系等,分析了构件的破坏模式和特征参数,验证了叠合梁截面应变的平截面假定。研究认为按照等强度条件设计的装配叠合主次梁节点的破坏模式、理论计算结果与现浇构件的基本相同,本研究采用的主次梁叠合面抗剪措施满足构件正常使用和承载能力极限状态的设计要求。

【Abstract】 Two series of prefabricate assembly primary-secondary-beam joints with different secondarybeam-thickness and reinforcement ratio,as well as two series of cast-in-place primary-secondary-beam joints with different secondary-beam-thickness and reinforcement ratio, were fabricated to conduct monotone static load tests to testify the safety of structural measures of the joints of prefabricate assembly frame structures. The research is mainly on strain of the concrete and steel bars in the joints,and the failure modes and mechanisms of the joints. It is demonstrated that the failure modes of all the joints designed on conditions of equal strength match well, and the structural measures presented for prefabricate assembly primary-secondary-beam joints meet well with the requirement of the ultimate and serviceability limit states,and demonstrate fine mechanical properties.
