新型装配整体式混凝土梁板节点试验研究
Experimental Study on Beam-plate Joints of New Prefabricate Assembly Structure
【摘要】 为考察新型装配整体式结构的混凝土梁板节点沿叠合面配置格构钢筋和拉毛处理等构造措施的可靠性,本研究分别制作了2组不同板厚装配叠合梁板节点和2组不同板厚现浇梁板节点进行足尺单调静力加载试验,测试了梁板节点混凝土和钢筋的应变、节点荷载-挠度关系等,并根据其受力过程分析破坏模式。研究认为按照等强度条件设计的装配叠合梁板节点的破坏模式与现浇构件基本相同,本研究的叠合梁板节点连接构造满足承载能力和正常使用极限状态的要求,表现出良好的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Two series of prefabricate assembly beam-plate joints with different plate-thickness,as well as two series of cast-in-place beam-plate joints with different plate-thickness,were fabricated to conduct monotone static load tests to testify the safety of structural measures of beam-plate joints of prefabricate assembly frame structures. The research is mainly on strain of the concrete and steels in the joints and the failure modes and mechanisms of the joints. It is demonstrated that the failure modes of all the joints designed on conditions of equal strength match well, and the structural measures presented for prefabricate assembly beam-plate joints meet well with the requirement of the ultimate and serviceability limit states,and demonstrate fine mechanical properties.
