衬衣面料“断界”疵点的成因及解决措施
The cause of high-grade shirting fabrics “bounded” defects and its solution
【摘要】 介绍了ZAX9100型多臂织机在织造高档衬衣面料的联合组织时,由于纬向紧度以及织口位置的变化,引起两种组织交界处打纬不紧,并通过一系列工艺调整及组织调整大大改善了布面效果。
【Abstract】 When weaving high-grade shirt fabric by ZAX9100 dobby loom,the problem of weft untightness at the junction of two kinds of organization in united organiztion caused by weft tightness and change of the export position was introduced. And a series of of process and organization were adjusted,the surface effect improved significantly.
