固体自润滑骨架材料研究进展

【摘要】 为加快我国自润滑织物衬垫关节轴承的研究进度,提高产品质量,使其得到更广泛的应用,结合国内外自润滑织物衬垫关节轴承的研究发展现状,总结出其发展中存在的问题如下:发展还不够完善,纤维织物衬垫的润滑性能、耐磨性能与机械性能差异性大,三者不够统一;纤维织物衬垫的结构、组分研究仍然不够全面;没有实际工况下的自润滑关节轴承试验机;缺少特殊工况条件下的试验研究等。对此类问题给出了解决方法,并对固体自润滑骨架材料的研究提出了展望。

【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the research progress of spherical plain bearings with serf-lubricating fabric liner,to improve the quality of products,and to make it more widely applied,Some problems existed were summarized combined with the development of domestic and foreign spherical plain bearings with serf-lubricating fabric liner. These problems included: uncompleted development,. big difference among the fabric liner lubricating properties,wear resistance and mechanical properties,and less uniformity; uncomprehensive study on structure and composition of fabric liner; no self-lubricating bearings testing machine which worked at actual conditions; lack of experimental study under special working conditions,etc. The solutions to the problems was given,and their own research prospect was put forward.
