新型喷水织机浆料的上浆性能研究

【摘要】 在喷水织机上进行无捻长丝织造时,经丝在湿态下要承受综、筘的高速摩擦,为避免单纤维起毛或断头,需对经丝进行上浆,使单纤维相互粘结、集束。喷水织机引纬的特殊性要求浆料在具备良好的黏着性、集束性、防静电等性能的前提条件下,形成的浆膜还要有拒水性能,且经纱的表观形态和力学特征不发生明显变化。对采用乳液聚合法制备的新型喷水织机专用浆料的性能进行测试,并在规格为82.5 dtex/72f的涤纶长丝上进行了上浆试验,试验结果表明,该喷水织机浆料具有很好的耐水性,对涤纶长丝有明显的集束效果,能够满足长丝在喷水织机上的织造要求。

【Abstract】 Filament warp ends have to bear high speed friction against healds and reeds under wet state when woven on water-jet loom.To avoid single fiber fracture napping or breaking,sizing the filament is necessary to make single fiber bonding and cluster to each other. The sizing agent used in water jet weaving is specially required not only to meet good adhesion,cluster,anti-static and water repellent,but also to not obviously change the apparent morphology and mechanical properties of the filament yarn. In this paper the performances of the new type of sizing agent made by emulsion polymerization method for water jet weaving are tested by sizing 82. 5dtex /72 f polyester filaments. The result shows that the sizing agent tested can satisfy the requirements for the filament weaving on water-jet loom as it possesses good water repellency and obvious cluster effect of polyester filaments.
