796例法医毒物鉴定案件浅析

【摘要】 目的通过对苏州大学司法鉴定中心2011—2013年所受理的796例法医毒物鉴定案件的检验结果做统计分析,总结归纳所受理的法医毒物鉴定案件规律。方法收集苏州大学司法鉴定中心2011—2013年受理的法医毒物鉴定案件检验结果,对各案件的检验结果、分布时段、地域等做统计分析。结果受理的法医毒物鉴定案件呈逐年上升趋势。对于血液中乙醇含量的检测,尤其是涉及水中尸体或腐败尸体,须同时检测正丙醇含量,以判定乙醇是否系生前饮酒所致。对火灾及密闭环境中死亡的尸体,尤其是在气温较低的季节,须检测其血液中碳氧血红蛋白含量,以确定是否由于一氧化碳中毒导致死亡。对于生物样品中的毒品检测,建议送检尿液,以防止由于该类物质在血液中代谢过快而导致的阴性结果。结论对各类非正常死亡以及涉及吸毒、酒驾等案件,应尽量采集适当的检材送检进行法医毒物鉴定,以便为案件的调查提供方向,为法医学鉴定提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize forensic toxicological analysis rules. Method 796 cases accepted by the lab from 2011 to2013 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The number of cases was increasing year by year. For bodies found in water or decayed, a simultaneous analysis of n-propanol was carried out to determine whether the alcohol was taken before death. For bodies found in fire scene and closed environment, especially in the cold seasons, the blood concentration of carbon monoxide(CO) was tested in order to determine whether the death was caused by CO poisoning. In addition to the blood samples in drug screening test, urine samples were suggested to be provided, in order to avoid the false negative results due to the rapid metabolism in blood. Conclusion All unnatural deaths and other cases involving drugs should be submitted to a forensic toxicological analysis, so as to provide appropriate results as forensic evidence for the investigation of cases.
