【摘要】 目的探析书写节奏在笔迹特征中的表现及实践应用价值,为笔迹鉴定实践提供方法和依据。方法通过分析书写节奏形成原理、书写节奏的表现形式,来发现并识别书写节奏的特点及应用价值。结果在正常书写笔迹同一性检验鉴定,摹仿笔迹检验鉴定及篡改文件检验鉴定中,正确的运用书写节奏特征,为我们更准确的评价笔迹特征的价值提供了支撑。结论正确的认识和运用书写节奏特征,可有助于提高我们在文书司法鉴定工作中的效率和质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide an approach and evidence for handwriting identification by studying the handwriting rhythm and its application value. Method The formation and appearance of handwriting rhythm were analyzed. Results The handwriting rhythm could be utilized as a handwriting feature, and it would facilitate an accurate evaluation of handwriting features’ values. Conclusion The proper understanding and utilization of handwriting rhythm is conducive to the efficiency and quality of forensic handwriting identification.更多还原
