对潜伏期人口隔离的SEIQR模型的全局分析

【摘要】 首先建立了一个对潜伏期人口隔离且考虑发病者类和隔离者类具有不同因病死亡率的SEIQR传染病动力学模型,确定了模型的阈值.其次,用Routh-Hurwitz判据,La Salle不变性原理和极限方程理论讨论了其各类平衡点的局部稳定性和全局稳定性.最后,从疾病的可控性和疾病流行规模两方面与只隔离染病者类的SEIQR模型相比,得出对潜伏期人口也进行隔离的SEIQR模型更合理.

【Abstract】 Firstly,an SEIQR dynamic model of infectious diseases with the different disease mortality of isolation of latent period and consideration of the disease type and the isolation type is constructed and the threshold value of the model is determined in this paper. Secondly,local stability and global stability of both the disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium are discussed by Routh-Hurwitz criteria,La Salle invariance principle and the theory of limit equation. Finally,comparing with the model SEIQR in which only the infected individuals are quarantined,the conclusion is that the model in which both the infected and the exposed individuals are quarantined is more reasonable from the disease control and disease scale two aspects.
