【摘要】 21世纪是海洋的世纪,合理开发利用海洋资源,大力发展海洋经济,不仅是解决当今社会人口、资源、环境问题的重要途径,也是沿海地区新的经济增长点。运用SWOT分析方法,全面客观地分析了新形势下河北省海洋经济发展的优势条件、限制因素、面临的机遇与挑战,在此基础上,提出了加大政府支持力度、提高资源利用效率、加强人才队伍建设、推动产业结构优化升级、发挥后发优势跨越发展、统筹海陆环境治理等促进河北省海洋经济发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21 st century is the century of the ocean. To exploit and utilize marine resources reasonably and vigorous develop the marine economy is not only one important way to solve the problems of population,resources and environment,but also a new economic growth engine of coastal areas. Using the SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes comprehensively and objectively the advantage conditions,the limiting factors,the opportunities and challenges of the development of marine economy in Hebei Province under the new situation. Based on this,it puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of marine economy in Hebei Province,such as,enhance the strong support by the government,improving the efficiency of resource utilization,strengthening the construction of talent team, promoting the industrial structure optimization and upgrading, giving full play to the late-mover advantage to achieve leaping-over development,and making an overall plan for managing the environment of sea and land,etc.更多还原
